That was really silly of me. The least I could do is introduce myself. I'm sure I even have the same photo lying around somewhere.

I am the son of Abu Bakar Matasan. It heartens me how warmly you spoke of him in your blog. I can only imagine the camaraderie you've shared, not just with my father, but your Tanjong Lobang mates.

Time has no meaning on your friendships, it seems. I can only hope to wish to have something like what you had, and having now, true friendships.
