Christopher,
Please, could you also post the list for 1962's intact of new students at Tanjong?

Dear David,

We have a gmail address now yisawan@gmail.com.

Feel free to let us know your stories. Feel free to tell our stories too.

Miss Rose Chin was my General Paper teacher when I was in Lower Sixth (1966) and on her first day, she was very very nervous.

Years later, my wife was in her English Department at the Teacher's College in Miri.

Note : there have been two David Chins in TLS and may be a few more in later years.

Kind Regards, Sawan

Yes, my group on Google's ex-Tanjong at first got me mixed up with another David Chin from Bintulu. It was a strange coincidence that at different times both of us went to Tanjong, worked for Shell Lutong and later migrated to New Zealand. Fortunately Lisa met us both in Shell and NZ and she was able to confirm to the group that I was not dead. That was a great relief for me :o)
